We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with all abilities and limitations. Our aim is to provide all users - regardless of their individual abilities or technical requirements - with equal access to information and functionalities.

We follow the international guidelines of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformity level AA, as well as the requirements of Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Swiss Disability Equality Ordinance (BehiV).

Accessibility functions

Our website offers the following accessibility features:

  • Most of the content is accessible via the keyboard
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and orientations
  • Support of the browser's zoom function up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
  • Correctly specified page language for screen readers
  • Accessible modal dialogs that can be operated via keyboard
  • Videos can mostly be operated with the keyboard

Conformity status

The majority of our website already complies with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA. Nevertheless, we recognize that there is still room for improvement. Our website is currently only partially compliant with the above standards. We are actively working on further improving accessibility.

Known restrictions

Improvements are currently being made in the following areas:

  • Revision of the navigation sequence and focus indicators
  • Addition and correction of alternative texts for images
  • Improving the accessibility of interactive elements (e.g. Forms, modal windows) for use with screen readers
  • Optimization of the usability of the video player

Test procedures and ongoing development

The accessibility of our website was checked as part of an internal self-assessment based on WCAG 2.2. In addition, we regularly carry out technical tests with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. Our development team is continuously trained in accessible web standards.
