For only 45 euros (VAT included) Jura offers you, only for domestic machines, once expired the official warranty term, a service warranty extension of 12 months from the date of the last reparations invoice. This warranty extension is only valid for the machine it has been contracted and it is not transferable to third parties.
Conditions of this warranty extension are the same as the official guarantee, covering all defects that may arise due to normal use of the coffee machine, excluding damages produced:
- By the use of caramelised coffee or with additives
- By external factors such as water, fire, frost, voltage rise,…
- By foreign bodies in the grinding mechanism
- By the use of abrasive products or non-original JURA maintenance products
- By the failure to perform or incorrectly performed of the maintenance programs of the coffee machine.
The replacement of decorative or aesthetic elements and parts subject to wear are also excluded.
Service guarantee extension covers labour costs, spare parts and current taxes.
